Do not use this shop! They do not know what they are doing.



I wish I could have given them a 0 rating because that is what they deserve.



Problem I took a car to them for:

- Auto accident: Ripped the CV joint apart, bent Control Arm, Bent Arm Support, Bent Suspension, Bent sway bar

Problems experienced with my one time usage of this place:

1) They were slow making the repair, missing their estimated completion 3 times and taking 3 weeks to complete it

2) They bent the _new_ control arm to put it in place

3) They failed to attach/secure the sway arm properly

4) They didn't recognize that there was frame damage that needed repairing

5) They reattached the control arm to a bent Arm support

6) They broke the new CV joint strap and used a tie wrap instead!!! It's leaking.

7) They put priority over insurance claims from our car



If you use this shop, you are going to have problems.

They have had my car for 12 weeks and are still telling me to call on Friday and check, extremely dissapointed!
