UNBELIEVABLY RUDE.



I took my small dog to Grooming Alley once in November and once just recently. I thought I would give them a second chance since the owner did give her a good haircut. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible! The owner has accused me TWICE of neglecting my dog and insisting that my 10 pound dog have surgery for a "breathing problem" that does not exist. I have had my dog to 2 veterinarians and neither one of them have told me that I should give my dog this unnecessary surgery. It is so ridiculous that she feels that being a groomer also makes her a vet.
