If I could rate this company a - star I would. One of the owners, Monica Gorrell needs to keep her hands off of other peoples men. We approached HFP about buying a home in the Bridgeport/Fairmont area. Monica flirted with my husband and called and texted him about things other than potential homes. Not professional at all. My husband is almost 10 years younger than she is. What a cougar. My husband asked her to leave him alone and she STILL continued to text dirlty texts to him. Needless to say, we found another agency (Century 21) to help us out. I have never seen a more desperate women in all my life!

The most unprofessional agent I have ever met. Hang on to your husbands girls. This one is 50 years old and divorced. For several weeks she texted and called my husband constantly trying to get him to sleep with her. We only wanted information on rentals in the area! Needless to say we found another agent in the area who was way more professioanl.

This place gets 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Phone calls were never returned. I called the owner Monica Gorrell and she didn't return my call either. I guess they don't care about you unless your home is $500,000 or above. The agent I used was very nosy and really try to sell the home, she aften talked bad about her other clients to me. She was unprepared on all aspects and really didn't know what she was doing. Thankfully I was a former realtor and knew what to do and what to ask, even though the owner and agent didn't understand the basic questions. I changed companies as soon as I was able to and was very glad I did. The worst experience I've ever had with a real estate company.
