Provided by YP.comI have used Jeff's in the past with no problems, but for the last few times, his service has been unsatifactory, parts were not order as told, repairs were not complete done, had to keep bring back, when I called to inquire about my Jeep, no one knew anything, no leadership when Jeff is not available. I will not bring my Jeep back, I have to go elsewhere to get my repairs done.

Provided by YPmobileI had a very similar experience with Jeff's as the previous review. Made an appointment a week in advance, called to check on my car and got no answer, called again and a machine was on. I left all pertinent information and no call back. A call was made by myself the next day and I did speak to him- and when I asked how much this would cost I got an "I dunno". I asked if I should rent a car- he said "Yeah". The last call was him picking up the phone and saying "Come get it"- not even a hello... Had to figure up the costs while I waited and was totally shocked. Very unprofessional, took way too long, very rude. The bill was unreadable and vague. And I found out I could have had it done for $230 less up the road. Won't be going there again. But some people love this place, so maybe it's just the two of us ladies who are dissatisfied.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment a week in advance to have my car repaired. The appointment was @ 9am, I called at 3:30 pm and the car hadn't been looked at! Doesn't an appointment insure one to be seen in a timely manner? This type of business practice is unacceptable. I rely on my car to transport me to my job and there wasn't even a courtesy call from this business. If one makes an appointment to see a doctor, one doesn't wait in the waiting room all day only to be told the doctor will see you tomorrow!
