Terribly unprofessional ownership. After reading the review below, I believe their solution to everything is a pacifier. My child has always refused one and on day one, the staff tried to send him home with one. I politely told them it was not ours (who's was it?) and it must have been picked up by mistake. Then, same thing on day two. And a THIRD pacifier offering at the first sign of distress. Distress likely to be caused by being trapped in the same SMALL room ALL day for WEEKS. The way that I was addressed regarding our child was completely out of line and RUDE!!!! If you are a child care PROVIDER, I expect you have the expertise to deal with behavioral issues and be better equipped with a proper dialogue for parental follow up. Please do yourself and your child a favor and join a wait list for another facility. In just one day at a much more caring, loving and challenging environment, our child is THRIVING! I am relieved! The only reason I am giving this one star is because it won't allow a zero rating. And the poor young and inexperienced staff here was overall friendly, just ill equipped due to their lack of guidance.

The first day we dropped off our 3 month old was a disaster. My wife asked how she was and the girl responded that she had a crying fit, while she was shoving a pacifier into my baby's mouth. We didn't send a pacifier with her because she doesn't take one. Then we looked at the schedule and she hadn't been fed since 12:30 and no nap since 1145, and my wife was there at a little after 3. So, yeah, my baby was crying because she was tired and hungry. How about you feed her and put her down for a nap instead of pushing someone else's pacifier in her mouth?

The contact for intake was extremely rude both times I tried to get my foster children enrolled in daycare. She made me cry, she was so mean. If she's that rude to a parent, I hate to think how rude she is to the kids.
