Dr. Ray and her staff are very professional, welcoming and compassionate. My son has been going to this dentist for 10 years and they have never disappointed us! I’m extremely grateful for all the patience and kindness Dr. Linda Ray has shown us. Also, this is the cleanest dental office in the area!!!

Very professional and excellent chairs side manners. In the past if i needed any extra treatments in addition to cleanings doctors in this office always explained all the details and answered all the questions. By the way they not only treat kids but adults as well.
Reading other old reviews I think they are not true. My children were going to that office as well all their lives and we never had a problem. Doctors are not magicians, some people are so unreasonable with their demands. We never had a problem with our appointments, or them working us in. Yes, the office is busy. I think there is nobody better in the area.

Great dental office, great with special needs patients!!!!!

My special needs son was scheduled by his regular dentist for an exam to have a crown replaced by Dr. Ray. Being the pro-active mom that I am, I contacted Dr. Rays office before the appointment to explain that my son was a special needs child who was very nervous and had anxiety issues so the staff would be better prepared to handle the appointment. After all of the "Heads Up" we arrived on time to our appointment. The wait was not bad. The office was clean and neat. My husband and I kept our son occupied and he was doing ok. A person came out to get him and he became quite hesitant and we had to coax him to go back with her. 5 minutes and 18 seconds later (I timed it) my son came out and was terribly upset and frightened. He was saying he had to get a root canal. My husband and I were desperately trying to calm him down. The person was talking to him about possibly needing a root canal! He is under the age of 18 ( a minor) and they are discussing possible treatment with him. After all the explaining we did to inform them about his nervousness and anxiety they are talking to him about needing a root canal! He was out of his mind with fear and started to take off! They said they couldn't get him to open his mouth after that...are you kidding me! Of course he wouldn't open his mouth, you scared him half to death! All of the advanced information we provided about our son went right out the window. I'm not sure if they just didn't believe me or really didn't care to begin with. They informed my husband and me that our son would have to go to WVU for treatment and that they would call and make the arrangements and then contact me on my cell phone with the appointment information. THEY NEVER DID! If you have a special needs child, please think twice before going to this office for treatment. They certainly did not show my child the patience or compassion he deserved. Thank you.

I have had horrible experiences with scheduling at this office. We have arrived on more than one occasion and been told we did not have appointment. They are never wrong though and never try to work with you on appointments. It is hard to re-schedule due to the office being closed or trying to work around the schedules of the professional staff. The dental work is satisfactory, but the staff are not very personable and are usually in and out without much explanation or conversation.

Veteran owned and operated. Husband and wife team with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing, and great with the kids. Highly Recommend
