My boyfriend bought a mobile home at this mobile home park. He filled out all the paperwork the manager at this place of business requested him to do which was a basic past history report, and an application into the mobile home park for approval. At the time the application was filled out his daughter, 2 grandchildren, and her boyfriend was living with him. He informed the manager at this place of business that her (his daughters) living arrangements with him was temporary until no later than the first of the year would she be living with him. Due to the fact that this manager did not return any calls that was made to her or any messages that was left for her for approval into the mobile home park my boyfriend went ahead and bought a trailer that is located inside the mobile home park because he thought that since the manager did not call him back to tell him that he was NOT approved, everything was alright with his application.

After the sale was made the manager informed my boyfriend that he had good references but not his children therefore she would need a 6 month copy of a lease at the place of residence that his daughter moved into, since she has already found her own place.

He lives by himself now, his daughter pays by the month not a 6 month lease but still cannot move into his own home because of his childrens references.

This I do not understand.

He pays the lot rent which is 190.00 a month and has to sell the trailer.
