We have screened black dirt! Corn Syrup Trailer Setup: The corn syrup trailer is setup in a 48 ft insulated reefer van trailer that holds 6000 gallons. The tanks used are extra heavy duty and are rated for hot corn syrup. The front where the reefer unit is removed is insulated and sealed. These trailers all have good doors, floors, and insulation. It discharges out the top side into your mixing wagon. The pump used is a 40 GPM Roper gear pump. We also have cone bottom tanks available. We have a variety of 45 ft thru 48 ft semi dry van trailers that are excellent for storage. Some have roll up doors and others have swing doors. All of them have roofs that don't leak and decent floors and doors. We also have some 48 ft reefer trailers with the unit removed and hole sealed. Start by picking out the size and style of trailer that you want.
