I did the three day trial that comes with a pair of free gloves for $19.99 and it was the best decision I ever made. I signed up for a membership after my first class! I absolutely love it, the friendly staff, the atmosphere and the awesome workouts that turn you into a sweat monster. I've been a member for almost 2 months now and I can see and feel the difference! And to make it even better they do hashtags each month to help a charity/good cause so you can workout and help out at the same time just by checking in. I 100% recommend this place, this team and this workout!

I've been a member at several gyms in the area and I can safely say that ILK has been the best fitness experience that I've ever done. The trainers make each class challenging yet fun and even though I get my butt kicked I look forward to the next class!

I have tried so many random classes in Rochester to get fit and stay motivated. Everything from zumba, a traditional gym, insanity, pole and aerial classes, but nothing has given me enough results to keep me engaged and wanting to come back. With iLoveKickboxing I've already lost 5 pounds in the 2 weeks that I've been going! I absolutely love it and it's motivated me to continue to attend. The staff are wonderful and super engaging, and there isn't this pushy "you need to join and buy stuff" atmosphere like other places. This is the first place that I've become a member because I wanted to, not because I was pressured to.
