All of the employees are very knowledgeable on the products they carry. Great selection and reasonably priced. Customer service is exceptional! Have been to a few other bike shops in the area but nothing beats the family environment and experience you will receive from Rv & E. bike & skate in fairport. The only place my family buys their bikes.

I bought a $500 bike and realized the bike I purchased wasn't the right choice for me one day later. I explained my problem and RV&E staff was very professional and courteous to make me happy and be satisfied with my purchase. They went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I bought the right bike. I really appreciated their flexibility and attitude to make my purchase the right one. I would highly recommend them for future purchases and service.

Reall nice bike store Went here to buy a good mountain bike. Their friendly staff was always eager to help, even though the store was extremely busy.
