EmailRytek opened in 1995 with the goal of providing the best automotive service with honesty and integrity in the Fairport, NY area.The Co-owners, Jim Ryckman and Dave Calkins, have worked in the automotive service industry with a combined experience of over 50 years.
Early on in their careers, both Jim and Dave observed practices that gave the automotive repair industry a bad reputation. This prompted them to start their own business based on putting the needs of the customer first.At Rytek Automotive, your business is appreciated and you will always be treated as a valued customer. They looked it over thoroughly and gave me a list of everything that needed work and a cost estimate for each fix. Not only that, they took the time to show me around under the hood and point things out to me so I knew exactly what it was they were talking about. As a young woman without much car knowledge, I really appreciated them helping me understand how my vehicle works. They were very personable and kind and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I have complete confidence if they advise that I need a repair that I really do, it will be done correctly, and at a fair price. The staff is courteous and respectful and thank me for my business. I know they treat my car as if it was there own. It is a bit out of the way for me but worth the drive.
