After eating at the Bob Evans in Collinsville, I expected the same service and presentation of the food we ordered at the Bob Evans on Ludwig Drive in Fairview Hts., Illinois. It deserves only a one star rating.

Management was nice
But after telling them 3 times our server named cindy hasn't greeted us, hasn't got our drink orders, gets our drink orders and food orders and still nothing 20 mins later... Then they all come at once, Then no refills. I had to carry my 6 month old baby to get my drink refills from another employee. Also she served us tea that was brewed after coffee in the same maker so it tastes like coffee. I bluntly told our server I wanted another drink & nothing. She deliberately gave us terrible service & I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant. This is by far my worst experience ever dining out. This was also my first time ever at a Bob Evans & it was my boyfriends birthday as well. We will never be returning!
