We bought our Kitchen appliances there three years ago, I had a problem with my refrigerators ice maker. They replaced the entire refrigerator, for ZERO COST. They are fantastic!!! This was done after THREE YEARS.I contacted them about the problem ONE TIME!!!!

It always amuses me when people complain about a business because they didn't cater to their every whim RIGHT THEN AND THERE. People are rude and selfish nowadays.

Bringing it back to reality, my experience with Klein's was absolutely great. The appliance turnaround times are much quicker than big boxes (like hhgregg) and their sales reps are incredibly experienced. My last time in the store, I ordered a Samsung part that arrived in 4 days (vs Sears Parts Direct was 3-4 WEEKS).

This place its absolutely horrible when it comes to repairs. I had my refrigerator for one year before the Ive maker stored working. I had to wait 3 days for a technician then he had to order the part. That took another week of me calling asking about it and complaining. The technician finally made it back out a week after that. He was nice and apologetic which was different grin the phone customer service rep. Now my refrigerator went out COMPLETELY!!!! I am sooo upset and I don't look forward to the stress of dealing with them AGAIN!!!! Do NOT fall with them unless you want someone who will take your money and their you on the back burner when the crap they sold you breaks down...even the warranty sucks!!!

Horrible customer service!!! Washer has been broken for over six weeks still under warrenty they have been out three times never was working when they where done!!!! Unrealistic service call times when they have not been able to fix it in the first place. Customer service representative very rude!!!

I first started with Gil Klien in 1982 when I put a new kitchen remodel. I bought a ref, stove & dishwasher. Later on I moved to Marine and redid another kitchen & purchased a stove, ref, dishwasher & trash compacter, & a washer/dryer all of which was top of the line & I loved it. When I moved to Collinsville after a divorce I figured 3 other people had good kitchens so I did my last one; it was 1982. I have had to purchase a new washer butI have had only 2 service calls. In all cases they were very informative on their products & helped me get what I needed (& not always the most expensive). The only problem I have had is they are so busy that you can't get service right away. My ref is out as of yesterday & they can't come until next Fri & I can't wait that long. I wish they had more repair men. In 30 yrs I have had wonderful salesmen & extremely knowledgeable service people. It's a shame the other person had problems but I have never seen that side of them. I would recommend them.

I would not recommend Gil Klein for purchasing your appliances.

Our refrigerator was 3 years old and quit working.

We had to wait 4 - 5 days for a service technician to come and look at it.

Upon his review, we needed a new compressor which he would check the warehouse when he got back and if they had it would come back on Monday to repair.

No call on Monday......No call on Tuesday....Finally I called on Wednesday. Low and behold the part just came in that day. What a coincidence!!!!

Well you would think that they could come out in a day or two?

NO!!!!

I have to wait yet another week for them to be able to come out.

This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!



I mentioned that is was unacceptable and that I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know.

They don't seem to care.............2 1/2 weeks without a refrigerator.



Surely there are other appliance stores that would love to have your business.

Don't go to Gil Klein.
