Provided by YPmobileThe lady's that I approached at first had a strange way of communicating customer service (Sunday). When I picked up my jeans the lady answered all questions and service was fast (Thursday).

I will never do business with Premium Cleaners AGAIN............Take Heed Read the Reviews I should have before I took my dry cleaning to them............Particularly a Manager called Sarah

Provided by YP.comMy wife brought 5 items to Premium Cleaners and explained that it was urgent and we needed them by a certain day. They assured us that it would be ready and on the receipt that we got it said that it would be ready. I go to pickup the items and 2 of them are not there and she said that they would be ready the next day?? I asked if she could call anybody to expedite this matter and she said no and she would have the manager get in touch with me the next day. The manager emailed me and said they were ready the next day so when I went to pick them up I didnt get an apology and they wanted to charge me full price. I explained that it was urgent for the items to get done on time and that they would not have had our business of they were unable to get them back to us on time. She said that "things happen" and really didnt care to help me. Needless to say we will not be using them again because their word obviously means nothing because "things happen"

Provided by YP.comi brought my dress that I only wore 1 time to my moms funeral and they have had it since November 7 2016. they spilled something on it and now it has spots all up and down the dress and they say they keep on recleaning it. and now the helm is messed up also. they owe me the money that I paid for the dress. they have recleaned the dress for a entire month and won't fix it or wont pay for it.. it was 150.00 at jc penney http://www.jcpenney.com/blu-sage-short-sleeve-drape-back-gown/prod.jump?ppId=pp5006510374&catId=WebID. customer service is very bad, all they say is that they will reclean it. but they ruined it.
they send these clothes to East St Louis and they ruined my dress

Provided by YPmobileI almost left this cleaners due to.prior management, but now that has changed I couldnt be happier. What a positive group of people. They really have improved themselves over the last year and management truly cares about their customers. Im so glad I didnt leave!!!

Provided by YP.comBest cleaner in town by far. The staff is friendly and they always go the extra mile to take care of you. I've made the mistake of trying another cleaner closer to home and the results were disappointing-ruined a $300 dress I only wore once and didn't get the stain out of another one. I took my dresses to Premium and they cleaned up the mess the other cleaner made. Premium is worth the drive because I know they will do everything they can to take care of me and my clothes.
