DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If 0 stars were an option, I would choose this. I purchased 9 chairs for my new home, and I paid $140 for these chairs to be delivered on August 18th. I was told someone would call me a few days before to confirm the delivery - I never received a call. I had to reach out myself. At that point, I learned the delivery was being postponed. I scheduled a new date of September 10th. I took a half day off work for this delivery. When the delivery truck came, I was only given 3 chairs and told the other 6 got put on the wrong truck. I called AGAIN and had to reschedule another delivery. Today, the 6 other chairs were supposed to be delivered - 5 out of the 6 were extremely damaged. The delivery driver stated the store is aware of the damage and is supposed to reach out. Nobody had an explanation as to why I was not notified about this. I refused the other and had to spend more of my time calling. I called my Value City Furniture store in Fairview Heights - I spoke with the manager, Brent - he informed me there are no more chairs like this in stock and I would likely not get them until December. I asked for a refund and stated I would not pay for chairs until I had them in my possession. He stated he could not do that and I would have to pay full price for the chairs. He would not listen to any of my concerns. At this point, I either have to find new chairs or pay for the chairs and wait, hoping they will ever be delivered (and who knows if they will be damaged or not). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Worst experience ever. Spent "over $6,000.00" for this horrible service. To the point of having them come back out, picking everything up and getting our money back. Furniture not put together properly, didn't send hardware to put mirror in dresser, husband is putting the bed together safely, didn't dispose of mattress and box spring, left trash all over the driveway, left the gate wide open when they left, for all 3 of my Doxies to get out, and very unprofessional delivery guys, one with his pants down under the cheeks of his a$$ and we had to see his bright red silky underwear the whole time they were here. Disgusting to out it mildly. Was supposed to get a call from there office day before yesterday, then again yesterday and now again today. Nothing!

I had the most HORRIBLE experience ever, not only did it take two or three months for me to get my correct order but when I received it, my couch had bubblegum on it that I had to srub off, I was told I would be compensated for all my trouble, the today a year later I found out they only took my protection plan off without me knowing, I was completely ripped off and now the wood in one of my chairs is has weakened and they basically said it not there problem, if I could I would give them negative10 stars all they want is the money, I will never ever buy anything from them, TOTAL RIP-OFF I WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BEWARE!!!!

Poor Info from Sales

I was told when I purchased one of their Signature Collections that it would never be discontinued. At the time I did not have enough room for all of the pieces in the set, now I am told the set is discontinued and there is no way for me to finish my set. Therefore I now have to buy a whole new set or have a mismatched one. Don't trust the sales people. I will never shop there again.
