I asked for a cake that I saw at a bridal show with pillars and lights and a fountain. The lights in the pillars didn't work and they tried to put in a different color light. Couldn't even use the lights for the wedding. They even filled the top layer of my cake with buttercream because it wasnt stable enough for a cake topper. This was only a three tier cake. They offered a refund at that time but when we took a thirty minute drive to drop the fountain back off they had no money. They ordered us off their property. We spent four hundred dollars for this cake. Very unprofessional and even told the mother of the bride to go fly a kite when she was trying to help the bride.

I was so disappointed in the cake. It wasn't what I asked for, I said a tap dance and ballet and only got a ballet cake. The frosting was cracking and it just looked like a bad job. I would of just went to hyvee if I wanted a plan cake.
