Would be no stars if that was an option at all
I bought stairs from this company and had a slight problem with installation. I chose to fix it rather than get a new flight of stairs. To fix it only cost less than 300 but Ollie the owner refused to return calls or let me know the status of the job or even tell me to go look for someone else.
Owner Ollie is such a jerk. Stay away from this company. Totally Irrresponsible and no-after care and no customer service at all.
A vast majority of our Customers are very pleased with our work. Our Company is family owned und operated for the last 34 years. We are totally booked up at all times even though we do not advertise. Our Customers come to us through the Referrals of our long term repeat Customers. In this Case the Changes in the Original Plan were made per Customers requests. Unfortunately this person could not comprehend after many conversations that the staining and polyurethane application is the Specialty of the Painter or Floor layer. We have no control over this.
