I went to Unique and couldnt believe how pushy they were. I was told only 5 or 10 minutes and waited 30 for a pedi. The foot bath next to me was not draining and was full of filth and residue. An older male client was brought to soak in this same broken bath after re-filled quickly and soap added so that he couldnt see the infected water. I couldn't believe what i was seeing, They had a client soak in a non-disinfected, soiled with left over water that couldnt drain foot bath! I couldnt get out of that salon fast enough. Then when i went to pay with my debit i was told they didnt take cards, even though Unique advertises visa mastercard on there door. I insisted i only had my debit card so finally they excepted. When i saw the charge on my bank statement they had added an extra five dollars without my authoriation, I did not add a tip but they chose too.. This salon should be shut down!!
