This place is a joke. I have taken multiple items there and they have yet to fix one of them. They do not answer their phones, don't return calls, and are never in the office even though the hours listed are 9-5. They always have an excuse about why item isn't fixed it why they cannot perform the task asked, I wouldn't have a problem with that except they wait until they have had the item weeks / months and make you chase them down to get answers.
