If you don't care about them standing behind their work then they do a good enough job.



If you have the slightest problem don't count on even getting a return phone call.



I am on my third season of a roof link and failed skylight that (after a year of chasing them down) they tried caulking -- that didn't work. Since then it's been one failure-to-show-up after another.



Amazes me how someone can say, "i'll be there to put on a new skylight Tues 2pm" and never show up.



Amazes me more that they stay in business!
