Only communication we had with Realtor was by text.. We negotiated a fair price which was agreed on by all, then at the last minute she said the price had to be dropped $10,000 or the buyer would walk away. She said something about the septic tank might fail and cost extra to hook to sewer. The septic was in fine working order and had been inspected. She stated there was no room for negotiating. Take offer or they will walk was her response. We feel as though she was working harder for the buyer and used our anxiousness to sell against us. We understand we signed the papers and we have to accept the consequences but her job is to get us the best deal on our property and feel as though she got the rock bottom price and we never even heard back from her, no thank you or anything. She was so unprofessional and even gave us a false number on the cash amount we would receive, we are still pursuing that with mortgage company,

If you are looking for a Realtor who doesn't look out for your best interests and does a very minimal amount of work and who doesn't know how to communicate or negotiate, she is the one for you. We should have went with Harpole. Seriously do not use this company. Good at selling herself with all kinds of promises but not good at selling homes at a fair price. She seemed to forget who she was working for.
