This oil company is the worst. they left us hanging for almost two weeks and now that we are out of oil with our 6 month old baby they are refusing to deliver to us because we "are not home" when they try to deliver which is total nonsense. We have fuel assistance which has to be done through a single oil company so getting a new one is a process for us. Point being do not pick charlies oil they will leave you to freeze

A customer for over a year. My wife mixed up two checks sending out bills. Notified them of this. On 1/25/16, I called, out of oil. Told me they had a balance owed and would call me back with delivery today or tomorrow. No reply, I called. I was told that they were short drivers and didn't know when they would get to me and to call someone else. They left their customer without oil. FYI, they cashed the check on 1/26. So, Charlies oil of fall river, Maybe in 1950, customer loyalty may have been top priority. Today's Charlies Oil, "If you looking for an oil company to leave you without oil in the winter," you found them. You have shamed the original founders of this business. I am hoping this review will save one more homeowner from what happened to me. Thanks.
