HACK!!!!! I first saw this butcher in 2012 for surgery on my nose. To begin with, her bedside manner was atrocious. She was rude, demeaning and condescending. She wrongly assumes that the patient is fully educated in the procedure that one is there for. She did not fully explain the procedure to be performed. When I asked her questions, she became irritated and flustered. Even her office staff thought she was a presumptuous snob. When I had my surgery performed and got home, it appeared the stitches had separated and I called her office. When I went in to see her, she incorrectly assumed I was not taking care of my nose. I did everything she told me to do following my surgery. About 4 months after my surgery, I was unhappy with the result. I called her back and went in. Like most people, I tend to defer to those people we consider experts. So when she told me of a bit more radical procedure to correct my nose I went forward with the surgery. At no time did she talk to me about revision surgery or the possibility that my nose would have an even larger scar than before. She told me that it would take about a year to fully heal as it was a bi-lateral skin flap graft performed. I had the second procedure performed in January 2013. Now almost a year later, my nose looks far worse than it originally had before any surgery performed by her. Again, when I went in after the surgery, she told me I was not taking care of my nose, doing the things to make it heal properly. She then suggested a litany of other medical procedures which could be performed. At this point, I don't even want this person to even touch me, let alone perform more surgery. she should retire. I intend to seek other medical opinions to correct the surgeries she performed. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the surgery performed. I know miracles cannot be performed, but I put my trust in her hands and she completely violated every aspect of the doctor/patient relationship.
