I received a call from my elderly mom today tell me of her experience with a very rude station attendent. She was very upset at the way she was treated. I'm sure in this compeditive market this is not the way you want you company portraided.

She pulled into the station and scratched the side of the car on a soda sign. When she went into explain what happened she was told that it was her fault and she should have watch where she was goin and been more carfull. Now very upset she pumped the gas and went in to get her change. There she was met by more of the same rudness. she asked for her change and was told to get in the back of the line and wait....A man in line showed her some compation and told the attendent to give her the change..."what was the big deal"...You and I both know sometimes it not what you say, Its how you say it. This attendent could have been alittle nicer to her. Clearly she was upset over the scratch to the car. Be nice..... I guess thats all I'm trying to get at..
