I can never reach anyone (unless I'm purchasing something) I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to cancel my order, no matter what time of day it was, now that I finally cancelled and there still billing me 4 months later! Even my credit card company couldn’t get a response to the request they sent. I now had to change my account number! They are horrible!!!
