I had been a patient here for quite a long time. I loved the nurse that I had for each visit which is mostly why I stayed, however calling the office is constantly a challenge. Long hold times, if anyone even picks up the phone at all. Also very disappointed that they charged FIFTY dollars for me to get a copy of my records. This is a ridiculous and frivolous charge. I don't mind paying a fee, but $50.00 is extremely excessive. Also seemed that they didn't provide a lot of information...just an "everything's fine, be on your way" type of thing. I noticed a difference once I transferred practices. Its good to have someone actually pick up the phone when I call. When I made my last call to Obstetrical Associates to cancel my final appointment, I was left on hold for 25 minutes. This is unacceptable. While I liked my nurse there, the office staff is extremely unresponsive, and the amount they charge for my records was insulting.
