I want to make a complaint about a worker in the Deli. His name tag says "Chad." and I usually shop at your store. My complaint is that this man Chad is not only extremely rude to the customers, even swearing loudly at us (especially elderly people), but that fat bushy beard of his! I usually go on Sunday and he always seems to be there that day. I have found his beard hairs in my food THREE TIMES! It is disgusting! I shop at other stores, and have seen workers with facial hair wearing hair nets, and this definitely should be done in your store at 333 mariano bishop blvd! If I go next week and see that this is not addressed , I will no longer shop at your store! I understand that the store manager's name is a Steve martins, and I am hoping that this email gets to him! . His entire attitude needs to change and that beard has either got to go, or be covered in a hair net! I'm tired of having to throw away food that I buy at the Deli because his hair gets in my food!
