Dispatch was mad that the cab driver yelled at him for the house not having a number on it.. Dispatch tried to blame me for not waiting outside for the taxi. Like if I'm supposed to ? He began to yell and curse at me denying me service.

Call Fall River Taxi the dispatcher is ruded. Never sent a cab. Told me to call the other cab co. I called. I just called one. I called Town Cab. Explained what happen. They had a cab there in 10 minutes. It was dark out and long lond walk home in Fall River.

I took the cab every Tuesday and they did right by me and I think they do the best they can no service is ever perfect but they try

Need to fix the phone line. I don't appreciate getting a "Palm Pilot Voicemail box" when you are needing a medical transport. Reliability has gone downhill in recent times and I am tired with two companies having a monopoly and when you need them, you cannot reach either of them.

Don't trust he is not coming on time

They're okay. I think that most (not all), dispatchers in general (no matter what company they're answering the phones for), are rude, period. Aside from that, it all depends on the driver. Some drivers are nice, and some are horrible.

This company is the worst no different then veterans can they take 30 MINTUEs to you or sometimes they don't even show up something always wrong with there phone it's annoying trying to get a cab to work from any cab company in Fall River my advise get your lidebcs and buy a car THERE THE WORST
