I been taking Vet's taxi's for year's. But, after this Friday I don't think want to call them again. I called for a taxi at 3:00p.m. and waited until 5:30p.m I called back twice to find out when they were coming so I could get home with my market. Because it's in the North End of Fall River we have to wait even longer even if other people call after. The North End alway comes last and that's not good for a taxi rules. Also Tina and Russel can you please see why this is happening to only people who live or want to take a taxi out of the North End of Fall River.

Using Foul language.my wife was hurt last night

After cab was to pick her

Up after baby sitting grandkids driver drove away.so I will do my hardest to have them taken out of service next stop court house.to file on them

They told you true what time cab is arriving good service

Need more phone lines. When you call for a medical transport and you get a busy signal. I don't appreciate two companies having a monopoly and you cannot reach either one.

I like Vets cab. The nicest person just took my call...I think I'm in shock! I take cabs regularly, and I don't think that I've ever spoken with a person who was this nice before. As for the drivers, it all depends on who you get. Some drivers are wonderful, and some not so much, but who ever answered the phone tonight was really nice.

Horrible service! I have had to use this cab for 2 years now off and on. Whenever on occasion I do have to call a cab the dispatch sucks! The drivers are all mostly nice and understanding but the dispatch lady needs to be replaced. It takes forever to answer a call and then when it is finally answered they rush you don't even give you the option of asking for a time just ask where are you going and hang up. So rude! Then today I called in and I had a taxi to pick me up, taxi apparently came and left did not hear a thing so I called back asked for another and they just blatantly said no ?! I have never dealt with such rude people and I work dealing with angry customers daily.
