I asked the man a question about his filter and he seemed angry at me. I asked how often the system was cleaned and he seemed upset and asked me why I was asking. He speaks very little English and it's very difficult to understand what he says.



After I paid and was leaving, trying to be friendly, I asked him what country he's from. He was offended again and asked "Why?". Then he went on to tell me that it was a rude question.



His water is probably ok, but I'm not sure I'll be back. The people in the water vendor across the street were friendly, and their water is probably as good.
