Ps he’s bipolar and he stole one of my cats

Husband has been going here to get his uniform done and thought he'd go to get a hair cut there. We went out to do errands and stopped there first. Guy made us come back at 12 and no later because he was leaving early. So we didn't have time to finish errands all over oceanside and fallbrook. We come back at 1145 and he gives my husband attitude and was very rude. Huskies prices may be cheap but it comes with the worst service. Not the first time he has made my husband have to come back either. He claims he's patriotic and works at the convenience of military yet treated my husband horribly and made him work around his schedule when he's the business owner who should be professional and stick to his business hours.
