i lived in these apartments for 2 years. they never really fixed stuff that needed thed ignore or do a lousy job they are tiny and fixers are ugly as the cabinets but beautiful from outside i lived thier with 4 kids in a 2 bedroom and of course with that wear in tear will happen and when i moved out i cleaned everything i had to and fixed stuff i had to but thier was a clorine stain in the entrace and some crayon stains in the room and they are now charging me 1,889.00 for new carpet and cleaning and other dameges this is a rip off one of the worst apartments ive ever rented from save your money stress and time. In fallbrook ca. thier are bigger better cheaper apartments under 1,000.00 dollares some with garage included you just have to drive around and look dont be ripped off all thier after is your money and do not be fooled with the move in special thiel get you to pay one way or another DO NOT RENT fom these apartments they are thieves

I really like the complex because they keep it up, whenever I had a complaint or problem they took care of it. I have a large Boxer and I appreciated that they were one of the only complexes in fallbrook that would accept my dog. The only reason I moved is because my husband is in the military and was recently deployed....
