One Horse Overhead Door

I keeped haveing a Reno company come out and it seemed that never could fix the issue. My neighbor recommended me call one horse and the gentleman sent two individuals out and an hour later of them showing up they were done with the work and I haven’t had an issue with my door since.

One of the gentleman that came out took the time and explain to me what was going on how the problem was fixed and what may have caused the issue to start with. He also then took the time to walk me through of upcoming potential issues with the door due to the fact it’s pushing 18 years old. He explained that due to sheer age certain things are expected to fail and also explain how to tell if that becomes the issue. They were completely kind and professional the whole time and would recommend anybody that lives out in the rural areas like Fallon to give these guys a call first some of the best work I’ve ever had done on my house.

They are hard to contact because they are so busy. The service, workmanship and employees are outstanding!!!!!!!

I had a garage door company come from Reno twice in six months and they could never fix the door so it would open and close ALL the time, not intermittently
On horse came out, fixed the door and the cost to me was about the same that I had to pay the Reno company for my deductible (American Home Insurance Co)
The two young men from One Horse were very polite and did a great job. That has been over six months ago and I have not had any issues with my door!!
Highly recommended they came from Fallon to Fernley where I live, no trip charge either!!
