When I had started my furniture business 3 years ago, I wanted to keep my staff to the minimum. So I was searching for someone who could take care of my books. When a friend suggested me Bay-biz, I thought to give them a try. However as I was a bit skeptical too, I decided to go slowly, and hired only their monthly bookkeeping services to get first hand experience of their service. I must say I was quite impressed with their prompt job and continued with them.



Slowly, as the trust level went up, I also availed their other value based services such as payroll service and individual tax service. I can say that my overall experience has been pretty good with them. Not to say that there were no problems at all. Once I messaged them for some consultation regarding some tax issue which was received by a new employee of them. The guy just sat on my message and never responded. However, when his superiors knew about it, they sent a written apology to me and ensured that it never happened again.



They have done a good job for me. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
