Proper sleep is absolutely essential to a healthy life of mental alertness and productivity. Yet, over 80 million Americans experience trouble sleeping and nearly one-quarter report daytime sleepiness that often interferes with work and social activities. The professionals at Integrated Sleep Services share the goal of educating our community about sleep, sleep disorders and the importance of sleep for a lifetime of good health. Led by Dr Chi George Zhao, Northern Virginia's only neurology trained sleep medicine specialist, Integrated Sleep Services offers truly comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. Our professional staff is dedicated to client comfort and attentive to communicating with our patients and their referring physicians.
