They are the best, kind, considerate, and always answers questions.

The procedure was top notch. From the beginning making the appointment, to the follow ups with the nurses and the pre-op and the date of the procedure. Dr. Schwiesow explained step-by-step what to expect, the nurse who did the IV on the first try, the nurses that were part of the procedure, and the timing was ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend Kaiser Permanente. I have been a member for the past thirty-one years with excellent care and given the choice of medical providers, I still choose Kaiser!

I am so grateful for the professional high quality care our family receives from Kaiser Permanente. The specialists are so talented and the efficiency of their systems is phenomenal. We feel our total health is continually being monitored carefully and the doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful and friendly. Very nice facilities and so convenient.

The way healthcare should be. One-stop place for healthcare. Lots of choices within HMO. Attentive, customer service. Don't feel like a number. Historically always had PPO and this is the most comprehensive and proactive healthcare I have ever had. Staff and practitioners are consistently happy and appear to enjoy their jobs and helping patients stay healthy. Well done KP!

I have been a Kaiser Permanente (KP) member for 6 years and 9 months. I have found my care with KP to be consistently good. I had a routine colonoscopy performed by Dr. Sonia Gosain at KP in October 2021. I was very grateful to Dr. Gosain for her great kindness, for answering my questions clearly before the procedure, for explaining the risks, for completing the procedure, and for writing up the result afterwards. I also appreciated how well other members of the staff communicated with me.

I had a very thorough and excellent colonoscopy at the Kaiser Falls Church Endoscopy Clinic. The preparation instructions were excellent and led to a very good preparation. The attending medical personnel we're very helpful. The doctor performed a very excellent and thorough colonoscopy. He removed a polyp and it has already been biopsied. And the whole procedure was painless and very comfortable! All the medical personnel we're great from reception to finish.

My experience with Kaiser Permanente has been excellent from day one in1980 to today. Early on I experienced a serious illness that resulted in the need for a liver transplant. As you probably know, livers are in short supply but my specialty Doctor began to not only treat me but to advocate for me to move up the priority list to be eligible to receive a liver. I was sent to a non-Kaiser world-class University Hospital where I received my transplant and post-transplant care. Kaiser covered my air travel (including my wife's) for my travel to and from the hospital. The same for our daily living expenses while at the Hospital location. Upon return, Kaiser has continued to provide the same high-quality care including an excellent assortment of physicians, support people, and an array of in-house services. I am now a 21-year transplant survivor. Once I retired, I have continued to use Kaiser Permanente as my Medicare Advantage plan provider.
