Have visited this location several times over years, but after this visit, will not return here. felt like I was abandoned once seated. Will try another Red Robin location. know service will be better somewhere else. Have eaten at several other RR locations and received far superior service then did here.

Atmosphere: noisy, but that is usual for RR. Sometimes difficult to hold conversation across table due to noise level.

Food: order placed ok. salad came with dressing (cannot eat dressings), had to send back. fries barely warm with burgers. burger was fine. ice tea served with very little ice so not cold.

Service: very lacking. regarding salad that came with dressing, got feeling attitude was one of can't you just eat it anyway? had to ask for drink refills and anything else at least 2-3 times before receive it. felt more like I was abandoned once seated.

Yuck. Banana syrup flavored milkshake, really how hard is it to put a banana in a milkshake? Yuck plastic box type salad and dressing. Very wasteful with plastic cups for dressing, dip, vegetables, plastic kids cups. Slow service as well.
