DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY (if you need to get somewhere). Absolute worst cab company in the area, hands down. I don't expect a lot from a cab company except to be on time and get me from point A to Point B so if you can't rely on them to be prompt then what good are they. We have had multiple bad experiences with them, the only reason we continued with them is that our options are limited where we live. That being said, we will never, ever use them again. Ever. The latest problem was that we had called them for an airport drop off the evening before since we had to leave at 4:15 AM for a ski vacation. Three people, suitcases and large ski bags, specific request and confirmation for a minivan. At 4:20 still no van after a couple of calls they said it was on the way. 4:30 a Prius shows up, so we called again to speak to a manager and after several requests were not transferred to a manager, apparently there either is no manager or he is not willing to manage. Not to mention the customer service reps were all extremely rude and unprofessional. Long story short, we had to scramble, drive ourselves to the airport and pay $135 in parking. I still am unable to get any response from this company. This company and its employees are a complete joke I hope Uber puts them out of business. They certainly won't get ours anymore.

The taxi never showed up and as a result we missied our flight at the airport. The phone agent kept telling us he was right around the corner.!!! I will never use them again!!!
