The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and efficiently. I was treated well by the employees and the price of the service was reasonable.

They were very quick and informative. The price wasn't outrageous either considering the work done. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent. I can always rely on getting fair and reliable estimates on what needs to be done on our aging two cars. Building trust in your auto-mechanic is a tricky task and VT&A has managed to build that trust. Good work as always.

I went early to drop off my car for state inspections and was pleasantly surprised when the guy at the counter said that my car would be taken back immediately. So I decided to wait and I am glad I did. Within 15 minutes I was back in my car and on my way running errands. Although I was lucky, there were other people that came in after I did

Took our Honda into the dealership for a Factory recall summons (related to some dash light) and was told the next time in they needed to work on our bakes as they were worn and needed replacement. They are the experts right? About 2 weeks later, we need our State Inspection, so we take it down to VT&A and specifically ask for them to look at the brakes during the inspection. VT&A said that the brakes were find and we passed inspection. This is not the first time a dealership has tried to drum up business and won't be the last. The honesty that VT&A continuously demonstrates is very refreshing and the main reason we will take our vehicles to them for service.

I have been looking for a new car repair vendor and am happy to report that I had a very good experience when I had my car worked on. Everyone treated me with respect and explained sufficiently the issues with my car. I will certainly return to have future work done here. Thank you.

TOOK MY CAR FOR INSPECTION . FAILED IT FOR NO REASON AT ALL . WANTED ME TO SPEND 600 BUCKS TO FIX IT . TOOK MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER STATION AND IT PASSED
