A lot of hidden charges from them, be careful! Here is my story:
My husband and I signed up in May 2017 for a one-year contract. Before we signed up, we were told that all equipment and services are included in the monthly charges. However, later we found out that they would charge you extra for a lot of items, such as tennis court and some training sessions. My husband was more interested in those "paid services" and couldn't use any of those included in our monthly charge. He regretfully requested to cancel his membership (had a hard fight with them to cancel it that). I stayed because I only needed the classes.

However, 12 months later, I thought my contract ended with them automatically like normal contracts do. I found they were still charging my credit card every month. I called their customer service line and was told rudely that I had to send my request in written form to cancel my membership. They said "it's written in the contract". Nobody ever told me so when I signed the contract and I was stupid enough to think they would be decent enough to stop charging me when the contract ends.

I submitted a "written form" request as required on June 9 and got an automatic email reply saying we will get back to you within 2 business days. I didn't receive any feedback after 9 days and I called again. They said your membership will be canceled after July according to the contract. That means they will charge me for another month after I requested to cancel. This just left me speechless.

Like tons of people have said here, once they have your credit card, they will charge you until the day you die. I've filed a complaint with BBB and hope that will save their conscience and stop them from taking advantage of customers by using an unfair contract term. Please do the same if you encounter the same problem.

Gross mis-management!!

Don't ever rent a locker here or expect the management to respond to any of your issues. I rented a locker for year. I was a little concerned when I did it because the employee couldn't tell from the paper log which lockers were available. She took multiple numbers and combos into the locker room to find one that was empty. But, I rented it anyway to my great regret. Two months after that, my locker was rented to another person and my belongings removed. The gym can't find my stuff. Management hasn't responded to my repeated requests for assistance. The general manager is "in a meeting" whenever I try to call. Even though the gym is clean and has a good variety of equipment and activities I will NEVER use it again and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
