I was in and out in less than 7 minutes to fill an antibiotic for my eye, In addition, they gave a good advice on the antibiotic and my eye infection. Good impression

These people know what they\'re doing. Very well informed and much more interested in you then big companies. With an annoying chronic condition for over 20 years, I\'ve dealt with myriad pharmacies and I can say this is the only place I\'ll deal with anymore. So responsive, sympathetic, helpful and kind. They seem to know what it\'s like to be sick and how hard it can be to deal with larger pharmacies

Horrible. They change "policies" with the whims of the management that day, are disorganized, and more than a little bit shady. Frequently, although I would call in refills days in advance, they could only "partially" fill my prescriptions, and then had the nerve to try to charge me an additional flat fee to "fill" the balance of the pills owed. They had one of my credit cards on file for my convenience and theirs, I thought; first, they "erroneously" charged $100 that was not able to be refunded (they could never explain why the $100 charge was unable to be refunded -- I was told it was "put through as a cash transaction, so you understand I can't credit it back." No, I didn't, still don't!). They did offer to "credit me" for later prescriptions, but of course "forgot" until I complained. They also "mistakenly" charged my credit card twice over two days for lesser amounts, which took the full three weeks to refund. Then, almost simultaneously with the charge "mistakes," the credit card they had on file for me was compromised by fraudulent charges and the number had to be changed. One of their charges was caught in the hold and it took me less than 24 hours to confirm with my credit card company that the charge they had put through wouldn't be honored (no medication had been provided; it was just a seeming coincidence that a dozen fraudulent charges hit my account the same day they tried to run it -- or maybe it wasn't). I called them to give them a new credit card number, and they said I would have to pay in cash from that point on -- NONE of my credit cards would be accepted by them, in person or otherwise. What?!? I transferred all but one prescriptions immediately. I didn't move the remaining prescription right away because it was for Lunesta, and pharmacies can only move Lunesta prescriptions one time. Not having found a permanent replacement pharmacy, I left it at Tyson's. When I went to fill it one last time before moving it, they claimed that it had been transferred with the rest. I verified with CVS that it had not, and called back. They still said that they didn't have it because they had transferred it. Ultimately, I had to have CVS pharmacy (where the OTHER prescriptions had been transferred but NOT that one) call -- they had to call several times (because often, Tyson's doesn't answer, and if you leave a message, they won't call back). It took a ridiculous amount of time to get them to admit that yes, they had my prescription. They made my husband pay cash in person, which was demeaning and really petty. They wouldn't answer his questions, treated him poorly, and tried to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. Was a dumb move on their part -- my husband is a neurologist and will make sure his patients know not to use them.
