I do not agree nor disagree with previous posters...maybe different generation or mindset. If I want top notch customer service I will go to Nordstrom's or old school Macy's...however; if I want ART inked on my BODY for the rest of my LIFE, I go to an ARTIST. I choose Vanh! I am very particular and researched and shopped my projects at eight different studios. I chose Vanh! I looked for an Artist who does tattoos versus a tattoo person who does some art. You may choose different. I you want an off the display wall pre-made tattoo you very well maybe better suited going elsewhere. If you want ART go to Vanh. It really is forever...so choose wisely!!! BTW, I felt I received great customer service but I recognize that it may be time and person dependent. I plan on many future ART pieces from Vanh.

DON"T GO! THEY ALMOST KILLED ME WITH A STAFF INFECTION! It was my 10th tat and never have I had such a neglegant shop owner not contact me back! They don't care about proper tattooing they are scatchers!

The only thing I can say about Vanh's is that they are liars and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Apparently, Vanh doesn't believe in customer service. Brought my daughter here for a nose piercing on Saturday. Two hours after getting it pierced it fell out. By that time the shop was closed and we had to wait until Monday to go in. They refused to do anything to make it right, instead blaming us for not following aftercare instructions, when in fact we were given no aftercare instructions other than to be told to clean it with salt water after I asked about it. The closest thing we got to aftercare instructions was when the guy who did the piercing ran down the stairs after us as we were leaving and asked if we had any questions. When we went back, he flat out lied, telling the owner that he had given us instructions. The owner was no better and just kept insisting that EVERYONE is given aftercare instructions, waving around a sheet of paper we never got. Basically she called both my daughter and me liars. The only thing she offered was 30 percent off an already inflated price and was rude to boot. I understand that mistakes are made, but it was made worse by the shabby treatment we got when we returned. It's bad enough that they didn't give us aftercare instructions, but there is no excuse for lying about it. They ruined my daughter's birthday. If everything goes right, I'm sure Vanh's is fine, but if there's any problem, good luck.
