HORRIBLE. I went online and placed an order for a cab at 11pm for a Friday night, to be picked up at 11:40. At 11:55pm the cab still hadnt arrived. I called and was told that reservations are not taken on the weekends until after 2am. When I inquired about how long the cab would take to get to me, I was told that they didnt know. Nowhere on the website did it indicate that I could not make a reservation before 2am. The dispatcher that I spoke with was rude and ill informed. After expressing my dissapointment with the service, the women then tried to hang up on me, only after she was continually rude to me. Unbelievable!
