My wife and I are a two minute drive from the restaurant. Go there all the time. Only problem we have had is any sandwich with bacon (especially the breakfast ones). Usually the bacon is undercooked so we get carryout, take it home, throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and it is ready to go.
Service is always great. Employees always helpful and accommodating

Most of the time the food is cold and not prepared properly. I can't tell you how many times we ordered an ultimate double whopper to get home and find they only put one burger patty on it. They tend to leave the sandwhiches sit around too long and still serve them. We've actually all gotten sick from eating there. The only time the food is any good is if you hit them right at lunchtime, sometimes dinnertime. Even then they still tend to mess the orders up and they are slower than molasses running up hill.
