Remax needs to take responsibility for properties it represents. 3519 Park Falls Nottingham, MD 21236 is a disgrace to the community. Lanette Branch is listed as the agent. The house has been abandoned and is a disgrace to the community. The lawn has not been mowed and is now reaching about two feet high. Rodents are starting to make this lawn their home. Ms. Branch's video on Youtube states, "I love it when a well-laid plan comes together." Is 2 feet of grass a well-laid plan? Doesn't look like Ms. Branch is following through on her plan. She also states, "I treat my customers as I would like to be treated with respect and professionalism." I bet Ms. Branch is not living next to a neighbor who has allowed his /her lawn to be neglected. If this property is part of Ms. Branch's "plan" and how she shows "respect" to others, I would NOT suggest you utilize Remax nor Ms. Branch for your real estate needs.
