The Falmouth Housing Authority has a policy that requires one to call the Assistant Director to leave a voicemail and they will contact you. They never return your voicemail calls requesting to meet with them, even after personal visits, certified letter, and hand carried observations of problems at a Section 8 house in our neighborhood. This has been a four-year, on-going problem.

Non responsive to tenant complaints and disregards laws protecting disabled tenants. They charge fees to replace outdated and dangerous oven venting fans
