Initially built in the 1940s, Falmouth Tides has endured the Cape’s wind, sun, and salt for over 70 years. A complete top-to-bottom renovation was completed at the beginning of 2022, which will ensure our guests will continue to enjoy safe, comfortable, and fun experience for decades to come. We are now open and each room features all-new everything – beds, bedding, furniture, flooring, kitchenettes, TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the insulation required to remain open year-round. Of course the things that have made Falmouth Tides one of the best beachfront hotel's on Cape Cod have not changed: every room features a private balcony or patio, ocean views, use of our private beach, and a convenient in-town location at the head of Falmouth Harbor.
