Established in 1916, VNA is one of the oldest nonprofit organizations in Cape Cod. With locations in Hyannis and Falmouth, Mass., it provides an array of health services and programs. The organization has more than 850 employees and provides services to over 300,000 homes in the region annually. Its teams offer pain management, oncology, mental health assessment, maternal and child health, and wound, ostomy, palliative and hospice care services. VNA provides nursing, social work and wellness services, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. Its private services serve adults, geriatrics and pediatrics. The organization also has adult day health centers that offer daytime care for seniors and disabled adults and provide recreational programs and activities and ancillary services. Additionally, VNA has a child care center that serves more than 60 children.
