Alan Parks is dedicated to integrating the best of group, voluntary, and individual insurance policies into comprehensive packages that meet the needs of diverse businesses and their owners. Alan founded Integrated Benefit Solutions LLC, an employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, in December 2006, after working in the insurance industry for 15 years.Alan focuses on consumer-directed health plans as a way of controlling employer benefit costs. He advocates for self-insured and partially self-insured group medical plans for businesses. Alan is also a life and health insurance consultant, working with organizations like the Manufacturers Association of Maine and CompuPay's payroll services in Maine and New Hampshire.Alan grew up in Maine and graduated from Brewer High School and Bowdoin College. He is active in statewide insurance groups and community affairs, and serves on the boards of a number of Portland-area nonprofit organizations.Elizabeth Kenney, Account Manager, brings 15 years of insurance industry experience to Integrated Benefit Solutions. She has worked for insurance companies and brokerage firms, and holds insurance and securities licenses. Elizabeth is also a member of the Maine Women's Business Center.
