New to the area and having an issue with our camper heat I stopped by Chances Creek RV just 2 miles from our home. It was a Saturday and I was happy someone could come out within a few hours. I was required to leave my credit card info with the service dept. (who was the owner by the way). The heat was working on it's own by the time the Service tech arrived, he spent less than 10 minutes there. I was charged for service call plus $45.00 for his 10 minutes. OK, I was alright with that. 6 days later my card was charged $220.00 more from Chances Creek. When I called to find out why the owner denied it was done there stating he took care of all transactions and it was not him. I brought up the concern that he had saved my card info, he assured me it had been shredded. After a trip to the bank to start an investigation and have a new card issued...he called me and said he had charged my card by mistake. He did give the money back but was very defensive and never apologized. Needless to say he had kept my card info. Thought we had a local dealer so close to our new home....will not use again.

Convenient location, super nice people, great service couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was so personable and friendly. The prices were also reasonable and affordable, glad to have them near by!
